Charles R. Scott is co-founder of Team See Possibilities and an Executive Mentor who helps people grow personally and professionally. After a 14-year career at Intel Corporation, he published two books about cycling over 7,000 miles with his young children across Japan, Iceland, Western Europe and the U.S., adventures that were featured in press around the world. He has delivered his foundational workshop, "What Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up?" to thousands of CEOs and executive teams. Charles has served as a guide for his fellow Team See Possibilities Co-Founder, Dan Berlin, who lost his eyesight to the disease cone rod dystrophy. Their endurance challenges include running across the Grand Canyon, completing the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in under 13 hours, a speed ascent up Mt. Kilimanjaro, and forming the first team of blind cyclists to complete the 3,100-mile Race Across America bicycle race. Charles strives to challenge people to go beyond their perceived limits as they craft a meaningful life in an intentional way. For more information, see ExecutiveMentorCharlesScott.com.
