Kathryn Webster is a thought leader committed to building a future where blind and low vision individuals are fully recognized for their talent, leadership, and potential. She works full time at KKR, a leading global investment firm based in New York City, and is the President and Founder of the TAD Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing employment outcomes for the blind and low vision communities across corporate America.

Kathryn earned her MBA from Harvard Business School in 2023, becoming the first totally blind person to receive this degree from Harvard. Her academic success launched her career in management consulting at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she specialized in strategic transformation and business process reengineering.

While living in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, Kathryn spearheaded the creation of Project RISE, a statewide mentorship program for blind and low vision youth through the National Federation of the Blind. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired in San Francisco, as a board member of the Jacobus Tenbroek Memorial Fund, and on the board of Business Opportunities for the Blind.
